This robust helmet is made from tough, yet lightweight solid PS plastic, and is designed without a visor to be worn under a hood, to reduce the risk of head injuries. Part of the X-plore 8000 range, the helmet is fully compatible with other items from the range, most specifically H40-57774 Hood for Helmet. The helmet is thoughtfully designed with comfort in mind, including a hood attachment bracket for stabilisation of the helmet when wearing the hood and an adjustable head harness to ensure the best fit.
The combination of head protection and hood offers reliable protection in heavily polluted or contaminated environments, in conjunction with powered air (PAPR) or airline solutions.
